DAILY ♥ REMINDER 4/23/12: Listening to the most important person . . .

Ever since receiving Adriana McPhee’s wonderful article on following our intuition, I’ve been thinking about how important that has been for me. I’ve written about it many times in the past and it’s something that is an integral part of my life. . . following my gut instincts and relying on my intuition to guide me in the right direction.
I loved finding this quote from trend analyst, futurist and author John Naisbitt because it’s also something I wholeheartedly belief. There is so much information available right now, everywhere. I mean, not just by watching television or visiting specific sites on the net. . . there is information being given and shared and sent and transmitted at almost lightning speed, 24 hrs a day . . . at all times! So much stuff is constantly being thrown at us and if you follow people on Twitter and Pinterest or your friends on Facebook, the amount of ideas, suggestions opinions being presented can be staggering. . . mind-numbingly so!
No matter what you do or want to do or are thinking of doing, tasting, making, baking, attempting, deciding, looking into, moving out of, or whatever . . . there is someone out there ready to give you their opinion on it. . . how they did it and loved it . . .how they moved there and hated it . . . why you ought to do it this way and not that way . . . what trend analysts belief is the best way to promote it . . . Well, you get the idea . . .
So, what I do, in every single area of my life, is listen to the most important person in my life . . . the one that is always with me . . . the person that at the end of the day I have to make sure that he’s going to sleep with a joyful heart and a clear conscience . . . I listen to myself and pay attention to my intuition. . . I pay attention to what not only feels right but what feels GOOD . . . I listen to my heart . . .
It is my intention to keep following my internal GPS and follow wherever it may lead in my life because it has proven itself trustworthy every step of the way . . . It is my intention to stay true to myself and trust my connection to source, which speaks to me by way of my intuitive nature . . . It is now more important than ever to trust whatever makes my heart soar and only I know what that is . . . LOVE and TRUST who you are . . .
LOVE YOURSELF.
